Castlewood Rod & Gun Club offers Clays Shooting on 2 different courses with up to 20 stations each. The normal hours of operation are Sundays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Tuesdays Noon until 5:00 PM. Both days are open to the public, even during registered shoots with Sporting Clay rounds of 50 or 100 birds. The courses are changed monthly to challenge shooters of all skill levels.

In addition to registered and open events, Castlewood hosts fun leagues scheduled throughout the year including the NSCA League and Sweepstakes. Leagues offer six different courses and can be shot anytime the club is open. Winter leagues run from January through May, while the summer leagues start in June and end in October. Special shoots can be arranged to fit your needs by contacting Bob Saunders at (724) 924-0956.

- The card is for members only, but guests may accompany the member.
- Carts are not available at this time, however, you may bring your own.
- A one-time insurance waiver must be signed.

Range Rules
- The range is open from 9:00 AM to dusk each day, except when the temperature is below 25°.
- For the next few months the cards will be loaded with extra targets for Show and Breakage.
- All attempts will be made to keep the throwers loaded and the batteries charged.
- If a thrower is not working or you keep getting a broken target DO NOT KEEP PUSHING THE BUTTON move on and shoot stations that are working. Please report the station number with any problems.
- Stay on the designated trail. Taking a shortcut could result in you being in harms way of other shooters.
- Please respect the club grounds by using the designated trash receptacles and if using a cart try not to destroy the trails.
- When shooting stations 11 thru 15 please be aware that there may be rifle shooters down range. The Rifle shooters will have the same warning. Please BE SAFE while on the course.
