Join us on May 30th 2026 to partake in a fantastic day of shooting fun supporting the great cause of promoting youth shooting sports at Castlewood Rod and Gun Club.
Castlewood Rod & Gun Club has supported youth shooting for over 25 years in Lawrence County Pennsylvania. In that time, we have introduced countless youth to safe shooting sports in our community. We offer the opportunity to develop and refine their skills in air rifles, archery, smallbore rifles and shotgun. They also have the option to compete in state and national competitions. We minimize costs to family through the support of great organizations like Pennsylvania 4H, Midway USA Foundation, Pennsylvania Youth Shooting Association, Friends of the NRA, Palmyra Sportsmen's Association, Mahoning Sportsmen's Club, Scholastic Clay Target Program, Castlewood Rod and Gun Club and our members.
To help fund the next generation of youth shooters in Western Pennsylvania we are hosting this fundraiser event. We will be registering targets through the NSCA for registered shooters and all others will be in the Hunter Class. This will be a fun filled day of enjoyable targets, good food and even better friends. Visit Scorchaser.com to sign up for this event. We will offer 100 Sporting style targets in the morning followed by lunch and drawings then those that would like to continue shooting may shoot an additional 100 Super Sporting targets on our woods course in the afternoon. We will also have the trap, skeet, pyramid and 5 stand available before and after the morning rotation. We will have donuts and coffee for breakfast, a catered lunch and refreshments available all day. We will be giving away a shotgun to one lucky person as well as numerous door prizes and drawings. Year Long Station Sponsorship - $250.00 annually
Would you like to support the youth shooting sports and help fund the future of countless you in and around Lawrence County? We have the partnered the Youth Shooting Sports and Castlewood Rod and Gun Club and are selling year long Station Sponsorships. We will advertise for you on a Shooting Stand on one of our two sporting clays courses. We will have a 24" X 36" corrugated plastic sign that will be affixed to the front inside of the new shooters stands so it will be visible all year long to our shooters for every event. The one time annual fee will be used to cover the cost of sign printing and all proceeds will be used to support the youth shooting programs. This is a great and affordable way to advertise your business all year long. Over the course of the year we host over 20 private events annually with some bringing in nearly 200 participants. Youth Fundraiser Shoot Station Sponsorship - $100.00 due by May 1st 2026
If you would like a temporary station sponsorship for the day of the Youth Shooting Sports Fundraiser we will provide that on a 18" X 24" yard sign that will be posted for the day of the event only. All Station sponsors will be recognized during the luncheon. This is a great and affordable way to advertise your business while a group of likeminded individuals is there.
