If you wish to become a registered member of the Castlewoodclays Member Page you must be a paid current member in good standing of the Castlewood Rod & Gun Club.  You will need to fill out the form below and submit it to this sites Administrator so we can verify your records.  Once your records are verified you will be added to the Members Page, an E-mail will be forwarded to the address you supply in this form and upon your next visit you will be permitted to Login to the Members Page.  Please select a user name and a password to enter the site.  No information will be available to the public.  All submissions will be kept private and not forwarded for any other use.
